The Castleton Elementary PTO’s Science Night returns on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 6:30-7:30 PM! Science Night is a chance for CES students to make and share a project with the CES community! Families and friends are welcome to work together on projects if they wish. Projects can range from posters to hands-on experiments or demonstrations – get creative with them!  All K-6 students can participate in Science Night, but they must register by Friday, February 2.

All CES families and students are invited to attend Science Night even if they do not plan on participating.

This is not a competitive event, but an opportunity to explore, learn and have fun. There will not be judges and projects will not be graded or awarded. However, all students participating in Science Night will be entered into a drawing for some amazing door prizes!

Registering and Preparing for Science Night

Registration for Science Night is due Friday, February 2.

The full 2024 Science Night Packet with the registration form is available below. Please fill out the last page and return it to CES (your student can return it, or you can drop it off) by Friday, February 2.

The packet also has examples of projects if you need some inspiration and more information about the event (like when to drop off projects and space limitations).

PS: See pictures from the 2023 event here for extra inspiration or ideas if needed!
