Castleton Elementary School uses the PikMyKid app as a simple method of letting families change/update student dismissal information. For instance, all CES families should be using the PikMyKid app to:
- Manage Who is Permitted to Pick Up Their Student (referred to as “Delegates” in PikMyKid)
- Schedule Student Dismissal Changes and Delegates
- For instance, if a grandparent is picking up a student on a certain day you can delegate the grandparent for that day, or if you plan to pick up your student at dismissal when they normally ride the bus.
All dismissal changes in PikMyKid must be made by 1:00 PM on the day of, so please plan ahead as much as possible if planning to make a change. Additionally, all families should send a short email to the CES Attendance email (CES-Attendance@schodack.k12.ny.us) confirming any changes to student arrival or dismissal.
