Dates and times for the Schodack Central School District’s Fall 2023 Parents Night events are below.
Castleton Elementary School
Castleton Elementary School Parent Nights will take place on Tuesday, September 19, and Thursday, September 21, 2023. You will have an opportunity to meet your child’s teachers, learn about the grade level program and curriculum, the daily routines and how we can work together to help your child grow academically, socially and emotionally.
Grades K-2: Tuesday, September 19 at 6:30 PM
Grades 3-6: Thursday, September 21 at 6:30 PM
Important Reminders for CES Parent Nights
- Parents/guardians will not be let into the building until 6:15 PM.
- Once inside you can report directly to your student’s classroom. Both events start at 6:30 PM and will be approximately one hour.
- Our students are incredible and we always love seeing them but we kindly ask that you leave them at home.
Maple Hill Jr./Sr. High School
Maple Hill will be holding Back to School Night Parents Night for grades 7-12 on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, from 6:00-8:00 PM. You will have an opportunity to meet your children’s teachers, discuss curricular expectations, review classroom routines & procedures, and learn how we work to support your students.
Please see the schedule below for Back to School Parents Night. You will be able to follow your student’s schedules throughout the evening and schedules will be available for you to pick up as you enter the building.
6:00-7:00 PM – Student Schedules A/C Days
7:00-8:00 PM – Student Schedules B/D Days

- Doors to the school will not open until 5:45 PM.
- There will be opening remarks at 6:00 PM.
