Graduation Rehearsal
Graduation rehearsal will be at Maple Hill on Friday, June 23 at 9:30 AM. Seniors will go through the lineup and walkthrough process for the ceremony. Seniors do not need to wear their caps and gowns to rehearsal, just dress comfortably.
Directly following rehearsal, there will be a Gourmeli’s food truck set up in front of the school for seniors. There will be breakfast sandwiches and lunch food available (see menu here). The food truck will be free for all seniors and will be at school until 12:00 PM. Seniors are welcome to bring lawn games to play during this time and Ms. Delaney will be passing out the signed Class of 2023 t-shirts. Seniors are welcome to stay the entire time until the food truck leaves (12:00 PM) or may leave directly after they eat.
Graduation Ceremony
The Class of 2023 Graduation Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM on Friday, June 23, and will last between 1 1/2 -2 hours. While it was originally planned to take place outside, the graduation ceremony will take place in the Maple Hill Gym due to the forecasted weather.
Seating is first come first serve. Chairs are provided, but seats may not be reserved in advance. Doors open for entrance at 4:00 PM, guests may not arrive before 4:00 PM. There is no limit on the number of people who can attend the ceremony.
Graduating seniors should arrive by 4:15 PM and meet in the Maple Hill Auditorium where Ms. Delaney will take attendance. A group photo will be taken at 4:30 PM.
There will not be a graduation car parade this year after the ceremony but families are welcome to stay after for pictures once it has ended.
Parking for Graduation
Please park in the main teacher and student parking lots in front of Maple Hill. Once those parking lots are full, the church parking lot next door to Maple Hill will be used for overflow parking. Please do not park on the grass.
