The 8th Grade Class Night Awards & Dance will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023, and the 8th Grade Student Picnic is Wednesday, June 21, 2023.
8th Grade Awards
Family and friends are welcome at the awards on Friday, June 16, and no ticket is required to attend. The awards ceremony will start at 6:30 PM and take place in the Maple Hill Auditorium. An email will be sent to parents/guardians whose student will be receiving an award.
8th Grade Dance
The dance will immediately follow the awards ceremony and will take place in the Maple Hill Gym from 7:00-9:00 PM. Please plan to pick up your students promptly at 9:00 PM. The dance is for only Maple Hill 8th Grade students.
Students are requested to dress nicely if planning to attend, though formal attire is not a requirement. Music will be provided by a DJ and snacks/drinks will be available. There will be no cost for the dance or the snacks/drinks.
8th Grade Picnic
The 8th Grade Student Picnic is Wednesday, June 21, following the Spanish final. It will be a breakfast picnic in the cafeteria and there is no cost for the students.
