The Schodack Central School District is working with Young’s Pharmacy to bring a COVID-19 vaccination clinic to Castleton Elementary School for anyone in the community that is 16 years of age and up. The clinic will be held on Monday, May 3, at 5:00 p.m. in the CES gymnasium. For anyone between the ages of 16-18, it is recommended that a parent or guardian attend with them. The vaccine used will be the Pfizer brand, with the second dose being administered on Monday, May 24.
For those interested, we need to collect names, phone numbers, and email addresses so that we can forward forms that will need to be completed upon arrival. Please fill out the survey below by Thursday, April 29.
