On Monday, Aug. 17, and Tuesday, Aug. 18, the Schodack Central School District will hold virtual Community Town Halls with the Superintendent and building principals at 6:00 p.m. The District has already held multiple community presentations on reopening, which can be found on our reopening webpage.
In line with Governor Cuomo’s directive for schools to hold three parent forums between August 7 and August 21, we will be holding our final two mandated forums next week.
Please note that these forums will contain information about our reopening plan, similar to previous forums. They will also provide an opportunity for parents to ask questions that have not already been answered in previous presentations.
The deadline to complete a parent choice form indicating learning and transportation preference was on Aug. 12. Anyone who did not fill out this form should contact their building principal as soon as possible. It is essential that the district has this information in order to develop class schedules and transportation routes.
