The 39th annual Castleton Elementary PTO Community Fair is Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Castleton Elementary School from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM.
Everyone in the school district community is invited to this fun-filled day benefiting Castleton Elementary’s PTO (Parent-Teacher Organization), which does so much for students all year! The day includes bounce houses, laser tag, mini golf, carnival games, a live DJ, a dunk tank, lots of food, local vendors, a huge silent auction and more!
Please plan on bringing cash to use at the Fair for auction tickets, food, local vendor items, etc.
Pre-Sale Tickets
Save money and time by purchasing pre-sale ticket packages. Pre-sale orders are due Tuesday, September 22. All pre-sale orders must be made online.
How You Can Help (Volunteers & Donations)
Volunteering
The Community Fair is entirely volunteer-run, and even just one hour of your time is a big help! Any school family member (parent, grandparent, sibling, etc.) can volunteer. Students in grades 4 and up may also volunteer. Plus, anyone who volunteers for 2 hours or more gets a free lunch!
Student volunteers also need a parent/guardian to submit the online permission form.
Donating
Your generous donation of any size helps offset costs of attractions and refreshments. Send CES students in with donations in an envelope marked CES PTO – Community Fair.
If you do not have a CES student and want to donate, drop it off at the CES Main Office (80 Scott Ave.) on weekdays during normal working hours. Please do not leave donations at the door.
