Schodack Central School District partners with the Capital District YMCA to offer after-school care for Castleton Elementary School students.
After-School Care Registration (2026–27)
Register for After-School Care (2026–27)The YMCA after-school program is on-site at Castleton Elementary School. Students are dismissed directly to the program at the end of the school day.
First Day of After-School Care
YMCA after-school care does not start until Monday, September 14.
Students return Tuesday, September 8, so please plan accordingly for the first week of school.
Please email the following to ces-attendance@schodack.k12.ny.us after registering your student for after-school care.
- Your student’s name, teacher’s name, and grade level
- Your student’s dismissal plan for the first week of school (taking the bus, being picked up, etc.)
- If your student will be attending the program full-time (Monday–Friday) or part-time (only some weekdays)
