The Maple Hill Class of 2026 Senior Trip is currently being planned! Seniors and chaperones will be heading to Ocean City, New Jersey, from June 5–7, 2026, and will be staying at the Biscayne Suites, 820 Ocean Avenue, NJ. There will also be a stop at Six Flags New Jersey on the way down to help break up the trip.
Deposits Due Feb. 13
Non-refundable deposits are required by both the hotel and the bus company. Seniors going on the trip must hand in a $200 deposit by Friday, February 13, 2026. Deposits can be made with cash or a check made out to “Class of 2026 Student Activities.”
Based on initial estimates, the anticipated total cost of the trip (hotel, bus, food and Six Flags) will be between $350–$400 per senior. The remaining balance of the final cost will be due Monday, April 13, 2026. Remaining balance costs will depend on final trip prices, cookie dough fundraiser sales and the confirmed number of seniors attending. All deposits and payments for the trip are non-refundable.

School and district administration reserves the right to revoke a student’s eligibility to participate in this field trip due to academic, attendance, or disciplinary concerns. In such cases, all deposits and payments are non-refundable, even if a student’s participation is later revoked. To remain eligible, students must be in good academic standing at the time the deposit is due. This means they must be on track for graduation, maintain passing averages in all required courses, and have successfully passed all required New York State Education Department Regents assessments. Additionally, students may not be failing two or more classes at the time the $200 deposit is submitted.
