Volunteering

This event is not possible without the help of the CES community and relies on volunteer support to help set up, assist during and clean afterward. Please consider signing up even if you can only help for a little bit.

The set-up takes place after school ends, so this is a great opportunity for any Maple Hill students to earn volunteer hours!

Preparing Your Student for the Holiday Bazaar

Teachers will share which day their class is scheduled for the Holiday Bazaar.

Students Should Bring:

  • A list of up to four (4) adults and all siblings to buy gifts for
  • A reusable grocery bag to bring gifts home
  • A quarter to buy a gift for each person on their list
    • Students can bring dollar bills, but please nothing larger than a $5 bill
