Maple Hill Picture Retake Day for grades 7–11 students is on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Any student in grades 7–11 may have their picture taken/retaken.
Picture Retakes
Pictures can be retaken for any student at no extra charge. Students should return their original photo package on November 5 so the order can be replaced. If no photo package is returned, a new picture will be taken, but no order will be placed. Please include a note with your returned photo package with any specific changes or requests for the photographer.
Students/Staff Absent on Picture Day
If you were absent or not photographed on the original picture day (September 25), please plan to be photographed (no purchase is necessary) so you are included in the yearbook.
Ordering for the First Time
Retake Day picture proofs will be sent to the school to distribute and will also be emailed to each student’s family if an email address has been provided. Orders can be placed with Upstate Images once you receive your proofs.
