The 38th annual Castleton Elementary PTO Community Fair is on Saturday, September 27, 2025! The Community Fair is at Castleton Elementary School from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Everyone in the school district community is invited to this fun-filled day benefiting Castleton Elementary’s amazing PTO (Parent Teacher Organization), which does so many amazing things for our students! The day includes bounce houses, a rock wall, carnival games, a live DJ, a dunk tank, food, local vendors, a big silent auction and more!
How You Can Help
The Community Fair is the PTO’s biggest fundraiser of the year and a lot of hard work goes into ensuring it’s great. Even so, some extra help is needed to make this the best event possible. You can help out in the following ways:
- Volunteering: The Community Fair is entirely volunteer-run. Sign up using the links below if you and/or your student (grades 4 and up) can volunteer. Anyone who volunteers for 2 hours or more gets a free lunch!
- Adult Sign-Up
- Student Sign-Up (Grades 4 and Up)
- Permission Slip Required: In addition to signing up at the link above, all student volunteers need a parent/guardian to submit the online permission slip here.
- Donating: Your generous donations help offset costs for the attractions and refreshments. Send in donations with your student in an envelope marked “CES PTO – Community Fair” or drop them off at the CES Main Office. Any contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference.
Pre-Sale Tickets
Save money and time by purchasing pre-sale ticket packages. Pre-sale ticket orders are due by Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
