Maple Hill Picture Retake Day for grades 7-11 students is Wednesday, November 6. Students absent on the original picture day, newly enrolled or unhappy with their original picture can participate.
Please review the information below if your student plans to have their picture taken.
- Absentees and newly enrolled students should plan to be photographed so they can be included in class photos, the yearbook and ESchool. There is no purchase necessary for this.
- The same order form from the original picture day may be used for cash/check orders on make-up day. Please see Mrs. Kakule at school or email her (KKakule@schodack.k12.ny.us) if you need an order form.
- To submit a new online order, families must wait for the updated proof sheet and submit an order using their student’s personalized online code. Online retake orders will be mailed directly to your home address rather than to the school.
- It does not cost anything to have a retake. If you or your student are not happy with the original picture, please have a new photo taken. It’s helpful to the photographer to add a note with the returned pictures explaining what you would like different in the retake pictures.
- Students must return the original picture package to the photographer on retake day. Orders cannot be exchanged for retakes until the original picture package envelope and its contents have been returned. New photos can still be taken if the original envelope and picture package are not provided on retake day.
