Schodack Central School District is beginning an independent, voluntary audit of its communications practices and seeks school community input on the strength of current practices and future engagement.
In its efforts to keep the school community informed and engaged, the Schodack Board of Education is working with Capital Region BOCES Engagement & Development Services to review and assess the district’s communications channels and practices.
As a part of the audit, all Schodack CSD school community members are encouraged to share their thoughts in the following online survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SchodackAudit
The survey is open until Friday, October 25, 2024.
In addition to the online survey, the district will seek input via community focus groups and individual interviews with key stakeholders. Dates for in-person and virtual focus groups will be shared as soon as they are finalized. The communications audit is expected to be completed this winter with a formal presentation to the board sometime in January.
