The 37th annual Castleton Elementary PTO Community Fair is on Saturday, September 28, 2024! The Community Fair takes place at Castleton Elementary School from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Everyone in the school district community is invited to this fun-filled day benefitting Castleton Elementary’s amazing PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) which does so many amazing things for our students! The day includes bounce houses, a rock wall, carnival games, a dunk tank, Lebanon Valley race cars, food, ice cream and a large silent auction!
How You Can Help
This is the PTO’s biggest fundraiser of the year and a lot of hard work has gone into ensuring it’s a great time. Even so, they still need some extra help to make this the best event possible. You can help in three ways:
- Volunteering: The Community Fair is entirely volunteer-run. If you or your student (grades 4 and up – including Maple Hill students) can help the PTO for even a few hours, sign up using the links below. There’s a variety of volunteer options and anyone who volunteers 3 hours or more gets a free lunch!
- Donating: The PTO is accepting donations to help offset costs for the attractions and refreshments. See more about donating in the 2024 Community Fair packet here.
- Pre-Purchasing Tickets: Pre-sale tickets for attractions are available at a lower price than on the day of and you’ll help the PTO get a better idea of how many visitors to expect. Pre-sale tickets must be bought by Tuesday, September 24. See more about pre-sale tickets in the 2024 Community Fair packet here.
