If you or a Schodack resident you know plan on having a child start kindergarten at Castleton Elementary in the 2024-2025 School year, please try to register them with our district as soon as possible. Children living in the district who will be 5 years old on or before December 1, 2024, are eligible to enroll in 2024-2025 Kindergarten in Schodack CSD.
The earlier families register the better since this means they will receive important emails/mailings from Castleton Elementary through the first half of 2024 and over Summer 2024. The school will contact registered families about kindergarten orientation and welcome events leading up to students starting school in September 2024. Families will not receive this information from CES unless their child is registered for kindergarten.

If you would like to pick up a hard copy of the registration packet you can also stop by the District Office (1477 South Schodack Road) and speak to District Registrar, Jill Hanrahan, or stop by the Castleton Elementary Main Office (80 Scott Avenue).
