Maple Hill’s Grader 7-8 Flag Football Tournament will take place after school on Friday, November 5!
The tournament will be played inside the Maple Hill Track and will run from 3:00-4:30 PM.
Players are encouraged to invite parents, friends, and other family members to watch tournament play. Parents are required to pick up their children after the event.
Teams may consist of at least 6 players, 2 of which must be female. You can find the Flag Football Team Registration Form here.
Each player is required to have a parent/guardian sign a permission slip allowing them to play in the tournament. You can find the Flag Football Permission Slip here.
Team registration forms and permission slips must be returned to PE staff by Monday, November 1st. $5 is due when this registration form is turned in to your class advisors.
