Dear CES Families,
We are excited to announce that we will now be hosting an outdoor K-6 CES end of the year Monthly Morning Assembly in-person on Friday, June 25, at 9:15 a.m.!
Come join us to celebrate the end of an amazing year with our students, faculty and staff. Just like field day, we are limiting attendance to two people per family. The morning assembly will take place on our recreation field next to the playground. We will have a space reserved for students, faculty and staff. We will ask that spectators line up outside the roped off area and remain separate from the classes and activities. We are looking for your cooperation with this just as we did with the Field Day events. Please understand that you will be a spectator and not a participant yourself.
Friday, June 25, is not an attendance day for 6th grade students and, therefore, their attendance is not required. However, we want to invite them to be a part of one last Monthly Morning Assembly at CES. There is no bus run for the Jr/Sr High School or 6th Graders on June 25th. Students who choose to attend will need transportation to and from CES with a parent or guardian. 6th Graders will sit with their teachers and classmates just as they would have at a normal Monthly Morning Assembly.
Masks are not mandatory outside and social distancing is in effect with the exception of the person you came with.
There are no bathrooms outside and no access to the building for those who plan to attend the morning assembly. Please plan accordingly.
