The Schodack Central School District is working with Young’s Pharmacy to bring a COVID-19 vaccination clinic to Castleton Elementary School for students, district employees and community members ages 12 and older. The clinic will be held on Friday, May 21, at 5:00 p.m. in the CES gymnasium. For anyone between the ages of 12-18, a parent or guardian must attend with them. The vaccine used will be the Pfizer brand, with the second dose being administered on Friday, June 11.
For those interested, we need to collect names, phone numbers, and email addresses. Your contact information will be shared with Young’s Pharmacy. The pharmacy will contact you by email with forms that will need to be completed upon arrival and information regarding the clinic. Please fill out the following survey by Tuesday, May 18.
