The following opportunities will be offered by the Youth Department this summer:
Town of Schodack Day Camp
Camp will run as half-day sessions in order to follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC Guidance for Operating Youth and Summer Camps During COVID 19. Click here for more information.
STEM Events
This year the youth department will offer STEM events during the weeks of July 12 through August 6. All events will be held at the Schodack Town Park. Children can attend as little, or as many, as desired, all for one cost. These activities are not part of the Schodack Day Camp, but will be offered in addition to the Day Camp as youth opportunities and require a separate registration.
Summer Soccer (grades 7-12)
This program will run for 4-6 weeks on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-8 p.m. This program is run by a certified coach and take place inside the Maple Hill High School track.
Summer Volleyball (grades 7-12)
This program will run Tuesday and Friday evenings from 4–6 p.m. This program will be run by a certified coach and teacher and take place at the Maple Hill High School fields.
