In its latest Best High School rankings, the U.S. News and World Report tabbed Maple Hill Jr./Sr. High School as No. 6 in the Capital Region.

Schools are ranked based on their performance on state-required exams, graduation rates and how well they prepare students for college.

Maple Hill earned an overall scorecard rating of 88.91. Its graduation rate of 98% is well above the state average, and both Mathematics Proficiency and Reading Proficiency scored 93%.
