The District is aware of media reports stating that we are planning to keep students home until January. This information is inaccurate.
The District is not going into a remote setting. Our grades 4-6 students are currently learning in a hybrid setting, which is the same learning module that has been used since the reopening of schools in September. The District planned on bringing those students into school full time, five days per week. That plan has been postponed until January. Students in those grades will continue to learn in a hybrid setting until then, with part of their time spent learning virtually and part of their time spent learning in person.
