Congressman Paul D. Tonko delivered surplus books from The Library of Congress to the Jr/Sr High School.
Congressman Tonko spoke about the surplus book program, what it’s like to be a Congressman and recognized Mr. Finney for being named the New York State Social Studies Teach of the Year. He also answered student questions.
