Families will be able to pick up student belongings left at school Tuesday, June 2 through Friday, June 5. The district will email students and send text alerts to confirm assigned days and times. More information on the district website.

Student belongings inside the school building will be bagged and tagged by faculty and staff over the course of the next few weeks. Please do not come looking for those items until your scheduled time for pick-up.

Student personal items will be retrieved from: student lockers, PE lockers, art/music/band rooms, teacher classrooms, and other spaces throughout the school. We intend to distribute other important items as well such as: yearbooks and caps and gowns if they are delivered to school before your indicated pick up time.

It is imperative that students and parents understand that picking up personal belongings does not indicate the end of “school”. Please do not return any necessary textbooks during this time. We will set up a separate time to collect school textbooks, as students should still be utilizing them for their at-home learning as assigned by teachers.

Families will be assigned a specific window of time to pick up their student(s)’ materials and belongings at Maple Hill. We will utilize a “drive-through” process to hand out the students’ bags to parents as they drive up to the bus loop. More details will be shared in the following weeks.

We will let you know the additional date to “drive-through” for the purpose of returning textbooks in the future.
