Maple Hill alumna Rachel Jung ’18 spoke to 6th graders about careers in tourism and hospitality on Dec. 20 as part of a new Career Chats program at Castleton Elementary School.
Ms. Jung, who is studying tourism and hospitality management at Johnson & Wales University, spoke to students about her experiences and answered questions from what type of jobs are in the field to what her studies are like.
Innovative Learn Lab Teacher Sarah Lant noted students were surveyed about what careers they wanted to learn about and tourism and hospitality was the top choice.
