The Capital District YMCA honored Maple Hill High School students Hannah Brewer, Jenna Hoffman, Thomas Gorman along with Teacher Renee Seymour at an Outstanding Student and Educator Awards ceremony on Mar. 19. The award celebrates students and educators who demonstrate leadership and volunteerism in their schools and communities.
“We are very proud of the leadership qualities these students and Mrs. Seymour possess and their contributions to our school community,” said Principal Jacqueline Hill.
Hudson Valley Community College, which hosts the annual event, provided students with a 3-credit course for being honored and the YMCA provided students and Mrs. Seymour memberships. Thank you!
